- HUS Kiinteistoet Oy tenders the necessary building health and indoor air examinations in hospitals and other offices located in the operating area of the HUS group (including HUS Kiinteistoet Oy and KOY HUS Asunnot). Such offices (hospitals) are located especially in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinin the area of the cities of Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there are also activities in other localities on a smaller scale. indoor air, indoor climate technical condition and harmful substance tests, and humidity surveys.
HUS group has hospital propertyincluding rental hospitals, a total of approximately 1,300,000 brm2. The size of the individual sites varies from large hospital complexes to buildings similar to single-family houses. The sites include buildings of all ages, the oldest from the 19th century and the newest from the 2010s.
Suuren kinteidue to overcrowding, property tours are not organized at the sites. The sites will be familiarized with the individual service provider in connection with the order for each study.
1-7 operators will be selected for the framework arrangement in the entire HUS area.
