Description:
The object of the procurement is the procurement of installation, maintenance and repair works of heating, water and sewage systems, as well as measurement and regulation of water flows in hospitals and other offices located in the operational area of the HUS Group (including HUS Kiinteistoet Oy and KOY HUS Asunnot). Such offices (pairalaoi) is mainly located in the area of the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaeae, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there are also activities in other localities on a smaller scale. HUS municipal corporation has a total of approximately 1,000,000 brm2 of hospital real estate at its disposal. Operators can offerenter the sub-areas according to the service they offer.

The aim of the competition is to prepare a framework arrangement as follows:
1. HYKS hospital area (Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo), 8 Contractors
2. Hyvinkaeae hospital area (Hyvinkaeae, Kellokoski, Ohkola), 4 Contractors
3. Porvoo hospital area, 4 Contractors
4. Lohja hospital area, 4 Contractors
5. Laensi-Uusimaa hospital area (Raasepori), 4 Contractors
During the contract period, the customer can order installation, maintenance and repair of heating, water and sewage systems within the sub-areasworks, and maintenance as well as water flow measurement and adjustment works on an hourly price basis or carry out a mini-competition for separate entities among framework operators.
