Description:
Procurement of elevator consulting services to be carried out in hospitals and other offices located in the operating area of the HUS corporation (including HUS Kiinteistoet Oy and KOY HUS Asunnot). Offices (hospitals) are mainly located in Helsinki, Espoo,
Vantaa, Hyvinkaa, Lohja, Porvoo and Raaseporin the unki area, but there are also activities in other localities
on a smaller scale. The HUS group has a total of approximately 1,000,000 brm2 of hospital real estate at its disposal.
The goal of the competition is to draw up a framework arrangement with three (3) Service Providers who will provide services to Customer HIn the area of the US corporation.
The elevator consultant's task is e.g. determine the technical criteria, monitor the implementation according to the documents, various evaluations; such as interpretations related to the life cycle of lifts. Elevator consulting is also needed for the condition, service life and modification work needs of individual elevatorsin surveys, audits of elevator maintenance (quality assurance) and to consult on the correct implementation methods of the functional properties of the elevators and modification works.n, and improvement and correction suggestions. A report is drawn up from the audit, which presents each audited lift and evaluates whether its maintenance activities were sufficient or insufficient, as well as showing the deficiencies in the maintenance with photos.
