Description:
HUS Kiinteistoet Oy competes for HUS Group (including HUS Kiinteistoet Oy and Koy Hus Housing Housing) for hospitals and other locations. Such offices (hospitals) are located especially in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaa, Lohja, PorvooAnd in the city of Raseborg, but there are also activities in other locations on a smaller scale. The tendering is divided into areas: 1. Hardware store products 2. Mounting accessories 3. Paints, varnishes and tiles 4. Teknochemia products 5. Steel and metals 6. TimberTwo (2) suppliers will be selected unless there are fewer accepted offers. The duration of the contract period is two (2) years. The agreement includes the possibility of one (1) two (2) year option. The number of products purchased during the contract period and the items for which the products are purchased may vary.The subscriber does not commit to certain purchases. The amounts made by the invitation to tender are estimates and are based on previous purchase data. During the contract period, the subscriber may order products within the components of the acquisition at unit prices offered, with a sub-area discount percentage (invitation to tenderProduct basket products) or mini -competition. Other products belonging to the sub-area product groups can also be obtained during the contract period.
