HUS Kiinteistoet Oy is competing for the security services of hospitals and locations in the area of the HUS Group. These hospitals and offices are located in the areas of Porvoo, Lohja and Raseborg. Acquisition includes local,Depending on the district, alarm and order guard, depending on the sub-region.
The acquisition is divided into the following areas:
1. Porvoo Hospital area and rental sites
2. Lohja Hospital area and rental sites
3. Raseborg Hospital Area and Rental Destinations
The aim of tendering is to choose one (1) contract supplierfor each area. The duration of the contract is two (2) years and the contract includes the possibility of one (1) two (2) year option. Changes must not be affectedfor hourly prices. The subscriber does not commit to certain order quantities during the contract period.
