Description:
HUS Kiinteistoet Oy tends to migrate services for hospitals and other offices in the area of the HUS Group. These hospitals and offices are mainly located in the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaa, Lohja, Porvoo and Raseborg, but there are other activitieslocations on a small scale. Moving may be, for example: • one person moving from room, floor or building to another • Migration of the department from one floor or hospital to another • Moving the entire hospital from hospital to another subscriber activities is critical of social and health careactivities. The service provider should note that movements are made in hospitals in operation. The change must be carried out in such a way that they do not pose a risk to patient safety and unduly interfere with the hospital's operations. The aim of the tendering is to choose three (3) contract suppliers. ContractThe duration is two (2) years and the contract includes the possibility of one (1) two (2) year option. The subscriber does not commit to certain order volumes during the contract period. The service description is in Annex 2.
