Description:
HUS Kiinteistoet Oy tenders for contract guarding of hospitals and other offices located in the operating area of the HUS group. These hospitals and offices are mainly located in the Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kerava, Kirkkonummi and Kauniainen areas, but there may also be operations in other in localities.
The security guard's duties are always considered on a case-by-case basis when ordering.
The aim of the competition is to select three (3) contract supplier. The duration of the contract is two (2) years and the contract includes the possibility of one (1) two (2) year option.
The scope of the objects may change during the contract period (change less than 10%) and changes will be notified three months in advance. The changes must not be affected to hourly rates. The subscriber does not commit to certain order quantities during the contract period.
