HUS Kiinteistoet Oy is competing for winter maintenance work required in hospitals and other locations in hospitals and other locations in the area of operation of HUS Group (HUS Kiy Hus Houses). More detailed description of services in Appendix 2. Service description. The tendering is divided into the following areas: 1.Porvoo Hospital area 2. Porvoo residential area 3. Hyvinkaa Hospital area 4. For each sub-area selectedone (1) actor. In comparison of the tenders for the sub-region, the second bidder may be selected as a contractual partner if it is noted that the winner of the sub-region does not meet the aptitude requirements or the contract will have to be terminated during the contract period. The duration of the contract period is two (2) years.The agreement includes the possibility of one (1) two (2) year option. The number of services purchased during the contract period may vary. The subscriber may refine the areas to be ordered annually. The subscriber does not commit to certain purchases. During the contract period, the subscriber may order the sub-regions within the acquisitionItem services at prices at the price attachment.
