Description:
HUS Kiinteistoet Oy tenders for new purchases of public address systems and maintenance, repair and installation of public address systems in hospitals and other offices located in the HUS group's operating area. Such offices (hospitals) are especially located In the area of the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaa, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there is also activity in other localities on a smaller scale.
for announcements and voice evacuation, some of the systems are connected fire detectors and security systems. New acquisition means renewing or expanding the public address system covering the entire property or department, where the system in use is replaced with a new one.
Any exclusive systems are not part of this acquisition's maintenance, within the scope of repair and installation work.
The competition is divided into sub-areas by system:
1. Bosch
2. TOA
One (1) supplier will be selected per sub-area.
In Meilahti a voice evacuation ring network is in use, to which only the products of the system already in use can be connected. There is no for the subscriber purpose appropriate to change the system for technical and economic reasons.
In other sub-areas, mainly Bosch and TOA brand sound systems are used public address systems. It is not appropriate to extend the system base to other brands in order to manage the entire system and technical economics...
