- HUS Kiinteistöt Oy tenders the procurement of sprinkler systems for hospitals and other offices located in the HUS group's operating area. HUS Group's hospitals and other offices are mainly located in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, In the area of the cities of Porvoo and Raasepor, but there is also activity in other localities on a small scale. Procurement of sprinkler systems can mean, for example, extensive renovation work or smaller installation and modification work. Work is being done in operating hospitals and the timing of the work is always agreed according to the hospital's operations. The tenderer must also have the opportunity to work in the evenings, nights and weekends. The subscriber's activity is a critical social and healthcare activity. The supplier must note that the service must be implemented in such a way that it does not pose a risk to patient safety and unreasonably disrupts the operation of the hospital. The procurement is regionally divided into the following sub-areas: 1. HYKS hospital area 2. Very well medical area 3. Porvoo hospital area 4. Lohja hospital area 5. West Uusimaa hospital area The goal of the competition is to select six (6) contract suppliers for each area. The duration of the contract is two (2) years and the contract includes option for one (1) two (2) year option.
