- HUS Kiinteistöt Oy tenders for planning and consulting services for construction projects needed in hospitals and other offices located in the HUS group's operating area. Such offices (hospitals) are located especially in Helsinki, Espoo, In the area of the cities of Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there is also activity in other localities on a smaller scale. As a rule, the projects are investment or property repair projects, the content, size and costs of which vary. Project-specific goals are defined separately in each project. The following planning areas are included in the framework arrangement: 1. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, select a maximum of six (6) reporter - to be followed task lists PS 18 (RT 103254) and ARK 18 (RT 103253). - The chief designer must take care of the duties of the chief designer according to the Construction Act 751/2023 and § 48 of the Land Use and Construction Decree (895/1999). 2. GEOTECHNICAL DESIGN, a maximum of five (5) suppliers will be selected - list of tasks to be followed GEO 18 (RT 103032) - The research plans required for the field studies and measurements required in the various phases, which must be approved by the developer, as well as the studies control, supervision and analysis of results are included in the planning task. - The field surveys and measurements themselves are tasks that can be ordered separately and agreed upon separately. 3.
