Description:
The target of the acquisition is to acquire a 2.4 -meter High Rate Thickener for the drainage of mineral materials for the GTK Mintec test factory in Outokumpu. The function of the thickest man is described in the English-language Annex 4 (2-4m Technical Species) in "4. Duty Description". The feed factory's feeds(ores) vary widely. The thickener descends the concentrates and tailings (Tailings). For this procurement, the emphasis is on enrichment sand and the maximum capacity is 1500 kg/h dry matter. The density of the solids to be descended (Tailings) varies SG 2.6-3.0; In Appendix 4.2(240319 PSD Info Pressure Filter and Thickener.pdf) Examples of grain size distribution. The extremes to the pH of sludge are 2.0 - 12.0 and the temperature max +60C. The usual pH area is 8-11. The following items are not covered by delivery: foundation and anchor bolts; installation of feed and exhaust pipes;Connection work on the electrical power supply system.
