Description:
The acquisition focuses on the rehabilitation service of the Social Insurance Institution (Kela) personal clients and a development project related to the implementation of rehabilitation. The acquisition is also made nationwideto safeguard the need for service and the customer's freedom of choice.
Development takes place from 1.1.2026 to 30.4.2027. The course of the development project and the development of Kela for the development of the development project is described in Annex 6 of the invitation to tender - a description of the developmentcourse. If only one service provider is selected for the framework arrangement, Kela will not obtain a development project. In this case, the service provider will only take the contracts in the contract.By submitting a bid for this tender, the tenderer undertakes to provide the service to customers who come from all over Finland. Adaptation Coaching and Development Work will be carried out by the Social Insurance Institution's Act 566/2005 (later KKRL or Kela of the Social Insurance Institution's rehabilitation benefits and rehabilitation benefitsRehabilitation Act) as a discretionary rehabilitation under section 12.
