• Vitality and living environment services of Paltamo municipality is requesting an offer for a foot-mounted electronic information display to be placed outdoors (next to the bus shelter), which will be delivered installed on site. The offer is requested for the info display as a service, in which case the supplier is responsible for screen maintenance, technical maintenance, management software and possible remote monitoring, insurances, etc. The subscriber maintains the content displayed on the screen with a management program included in the price of the service and which works over the internet regardless of location through. The price must include at least two maintenance user IDs for the subscriber. The content must be able to automatically change content that has been exported and scheduled in advance to the management program, e.g. image files and documents. The info screen must be on your own a vertical screen standing on a foot (approx. 1 m high foot). Screen size approx. 1.6 m (height) x 1 m (width). The screen should be able to be viewed while standing next to it. The color of the leg is black. The light output of the display must be sufficient outdoors even in bright sunlight. Suitable light output is approx. 5000 nits. The screen must be suitable for Finnish weather conditions in all seasons. Electrical connection must be possible behind a normal 10A fuse. for installing the concrete weight underground, in accordance with the foundation method instructions given by the supplier.
