- Description:
- The HUS group is requesting bids for one (1) micromanipulator for the Women's Clinic for Reproductive Medicine to the unit. The micromanipulators together with the inverted microscope form a set of equipment that is used to make microinjection inseminations and embryo biopsies. The devices are part of a normal IVF laboratory and do not require integration into a computer network or patient information systems. The manipulator is integrated into a Nikon Eclipse TE 2000-S inverted microscope, which is not currently being renewed. HUS chooses one (1) supplier as a contractual partner. The device contract is valid until the warranty period of the device purchased based on the contract has expired and the parties have fulfilled their contractual obligations. As an option, the possibility to conclude maintenance contracts for the devices is reserved after the end of the warranty period. The customer decides separately on concluding a possible maintenance contract. The maintenance contract comes into force upon signing it and is valid for one (1) year at a time, unless the maintenance contract has been terminated. overall procurement, i.e. the procurement has not been divided into parts. The object of the procurement and the related requirements are described in detail in the request for tender and its attachments. This is an investment procurement, so the Tenderer must commit to deliver the equipment for one year during 2026.
