- Market survey: Multi-purpose forest-equipped tractor for maintenance Procurement description: The city of Kauniainen is surveying tractor solutions on the market for versatile municipal technical and forestry work. The machine to be purchased must be able to for year-round and demanding operation in the maintenance of urban infrastructure. Key areas of use: Forestry: Logging and clearing work in terrain. Winter care: Plowing and sanding work and snowplow operation. General maintenance: Loading, lifting and transport tasks. More detailed minimum technical requirements are presented in the additional information section of this request for information. Critical features required of the machine: Factory-installed forest equipment: Special forest cab with wide visibility with protection.Reverse driving equipment: Complete control equipment for reversing, especially for the efficient use of snow throwers and forest trailers.Performance: four-wheel drive, automatic transmission, weight class approx. 7000 kg, engine power at least 120 kW (approx. 160 hp) power class and lifting equipment front and rear and hydraulic output both front and rear. Notes: This market survey is part of the procurement preparation.
