- Description:
- The object of the procurement is the purchase of one new diesel-powered agricultural tractor and a swap body trailer for use in the infrastructure maintenance of the city of Kerava. The main tasks for the machine are street maintenance work, i.e. plowing, carrying snow, sandblasting, brushing, snow spinning, mowing and transport of pallets. Other requirements for the tractor are presented in this request for tenders. Making parallel tenders is prohibited. If the bidder makes parallel bids, the bidder will be excluded from the bidding competition OR in the bid comparison, only the most recently received bid is taken into account. If the comparison of the bids results in a tie or the prices of the bids are the same, the winner will be decided by lottery. The draw is carried out by the customer in such a way, that each bidder's name is written on a similar slip, which is folded and placed in a sealed raffle bowl. One ticket is drawn from the bowl impartially in the presence of two people. A record will be drawn up of the draw. This call for tenders the purchase made based on this is conditional on the city council's budget decision. The customer needs the tractor described in this request for tender, and the bidding process will be launched to facilitate the procurement process, but the procurement contract can only be concluded when the aforementioned council has approved the use of the allocated funds for the purchase in question.
