Description:
City of Espoo Tilapalvelut-liikelaitos (later the Client) is requesting bids for the overall contract for the Aarrekarta daycare center project.
A two-story children's daycare building and its two yard storages and a fenced yard area with equipment and gates will be built. The gross area of the project is 2055 brm2. To the yardthe geothermal wells required by the main heating system and the solar cell panels to be placed on the roof are placed. There are no buildings to demolish. The building's main facade material is painted wood cladding. Exterior walls, load-bearing and stiffening partitions are built from factory-made materialsof wooden wall elements. The intermediate floor is built from factory-made plywood box tiles. Reinforced concrete impact piles and the plot will be stabilized.
The building houses a daycare center for eight groups of children. There is no municipal use. The canteen and the multipurpose hall serve as meeting spaces.
