- The agreement is subject to the transfer of real estate access to the Kettukallio area of the City of Ylivieska for soil mining and access compensation in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The subject of access comprises properties 977-871-1-3, 977-406-13-125,977-406-13-201 and 977-406-120-0 excavation and soil extraction. The subject of the license is specified in more detail in the appendices of the invitation to tender. The area granted in accordance with soil and environmental protection lawsThe joint processing permit is valid until 31 August 2037. The subject matter is intended to be mined up to 600,000 m3kTR. The environmental permit also includes the most specifically presented in the permit decision of the pure aggregate to be brought to the area and the recycling asphalt and concrete crushing of the recycled asphalt and concreteby criteria. The implementation of the environmental permit decision is responsible for the start of the mining work under the contract during the fall of 2025. Negotiations that influence the start time with the current operator in the area are still ongoing. However, mining work can be started by 1.1.2026 at the latest.The agreement will enter into force after the agreement is signed by both parties and is valid throughout the license.
