- The city of Raahe is requesting an offer for a software solution for evaluating, monitoring and reporting the accessibility of websites as a SaaS service (Software as a Service). An agreement is drawn up with the selected supplier, which is valid for 12 months. After the actual contract period, the contract continues indefinitely, with a mutual notice period of six (6) months, unless the contract is terminated during the actual contract period. An agreement is binding when both parties are signed the agreement. The procurement includes the software delivery and implementation project for the raahe.fi website and Raahe's crisis communication website, the necessary software or user licenses, version updates, production use support and maintenance services, training and separately ordered expert services. The object of the procurement is an accessibility evaluation, monitoring and reporting solution whose task is to ensure the accessibility of the raahe.fi website and the crisis communication website Lain on the provision of digital services (306/2019). Mandatory requirements for the software are described in the following sections of the tender request: • Functional requirements • Non-functional requirements • Support and maintenance services.
