Description:
The city of Kouvola is requesting bids for the accessibility audit, consulting and training service. This is a framework arrangement exceeding the national threshold value. The procurement is divided into two parts: expert and consulting services and training services. Partial offers are allowed. Provider can only offer one or both sub-areas. 1) 1-3 operators are selected for the EXPERT AND CONSULTING SERVICE sub-area. The sub-area includes accessibility consulting service and implementation of audits for new online services and inspection audits. Expert work can be done buy for conducting audits (for example, auditing of online services, mobile applications, etc.) or partially for the purpose of acquiring services and/or development work (for example, systems, online services, visual implementations, etc.). Expert work can also be obtained, for example in order to take into account accessibility requirements in the procurement phase of services, before the introduction of various services to the testing phase or otherwise on a case-by-case basis to ensure the implementation of accessibility. Expert work is used when acquiring or testing new systems. There are approximately 5-10 inspection audits each year. 2) One (1) operator is selected for the TRAINING SERVICE section.
