- Kaakkois-Suomen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (later Xamk) requests bids for the accessibility evaluation of the user interface of the end users of the Hyviö SaaS software and, as an option, the creation of an accessibility statement. PROCUREMENT BACKGROUND The Hyviö entity consists of service providers (e.g. companies, public operators or third sector operators) and end users (customers of service providers) from the dashboard, i.e. from the browser-based user interface. The purpose of the Hyviö application is to give service providers a tool that allows them to measure the effects and effectiveness of their activities with various surveys, i.e. measured with meters. Service providers have users who manage the service provider's own services. They manage through services customers of the service, i.e. end users. The service can therefore invite customers to join to the service. With the Hyviö application, end users respond to the meters sent to them by the service provider and see their own responses. They create their own account through an e-mail invitation sent by the service provider to become a customer of the service and thus answer queries. This procurement concerns the assessment of the accessibility of the end-user user interface. GOALS OF THE PROCUREMENT To assess the user interface of the end-users accessibility compared to the WCAG 2.1 AAA level of accessibility of digital services and therefore gives clear instructions to the software designer for implementation.
