Description:
The city of Rovaniemi is planning to tender a framework arrangement for the expert services of accessibility surveys. The destinations for which accessibility surveys would be ordered are all located in the Rovaniemi area. The aim is to use accessibility surveys promote the accessibility of the movement, sight, hearing and cognitive environment of the city's facilities and areas and ensure equal access to facilities for users of public facilities and city employees (staff facilities). The number of objects to be mapped varies each year. A non-binding estimate of the number is one to four (1-4) assignments per year. Assignments and their schedule would always be agreed separately between the City of Rovaniemi's Spa Center and the supplier between. The accessibility surveys initially include e.g. the following services:- Implementation of accessibility surveys at agreed targets (including, as a rule, baseline and follow-up phase mapping visits, depending on the quality of the target).- Possible tasks related to the building permit and other consulting during the project in questions related to accessibility.- Implementation of possible user surveys. - Preparing accessibility reports including findings, analysis and concrete action proposals. - If necessary, user testing and expert opinions.- Participation in events related to the topic (e.g. final inspection and presentation events).
