Description:
The City of Turku's procurement services is requesting offers for accounting and HR services for a company to be established later. The City Council of Turku has (February 2, 2026 § 28) decided to start the steps to establish a social company. To establish the company includes a possible transfer of business, which involves the transfer of customer and supplier registers to the new company. The donor is the city of Turku and the recipient is an accounting firm. The agreement is made for the period 1 May 2026 - 30 April 2028, after which it can be extended by one (1) during the two (2) year option period. The goal of the procurement is to obtain accounting office services as well as payroll and personnel management services from one (1) supplier.
