Description:
The municipality of Joutsa requests your offer for the access control system and the installation of their locks. The municipality of Joutsa is renewing the locking system and access control of its buildings. As an essential part of the purchase, the solution must be verified to be compatible with Asio With the space reservation system, which is used in our municipality's space reservations. The integration of the solution into the Asio space reservation system must be implemented with an API interface or based on a transfer file, and enable the tasks performed through Asio reservation automation space access permits and travel reservations. The current system is Hedsam, but it will be replaced with this purchase. The municipality wants to ensure and verify that the solution comprehensively supports the required Asio for reservations made through the reservation automation travel functions, use cases and travel methods, and that the solution is functional in all different booking situations. OBLIGATION TO FAMILIARIZE THE DESTINATION The bidder is obliged to familiarize himself with the destination on site before submitting an offer.
