Description:
The municipality of Joutsa requests your offer for the access control system and the installation of their locks. The municipality of Joutsa is renewing the locking system and access control of its buildings. As an essential part of the procurement, the solution must be verifiably compatible with the Asio Space Reservation System, which is in use in our municipality's space reservations. The integration of the solution into the Asio Space Reservation system must be implemented via an API interface or based on a transfer file, and enables space access authorizations made through Asio reservation automation and access to reservations. The current system is Hedsam, but it will come to change with this purchase. The municipality wants to ensure and certify that the solution comprehensively supports the functions, use cases and methods of traveling to reservations made through Asio reservation automation, and that the solution is reliable in all different booking situations.
