Description:
The acquisition is the acquisition of a service provider at the Vantaa Megarekry event. The event will be held on 23.10.2025 in the lobby and hallway of the Flamingo and Jumbo-Flamingo shopping center on two floors. The estimated duration of the event is approximately 5 hours. A more accurate description of the content of the acquisitionAnd the criteria for the site contains Annex 2: "Service Description". This invitation to tender applies for a price for one (1) Megarekry event in Vantaa. The procurement agreement is signed with one (1) suppliers and the service is tendered by an open procedure. The agreement is on a fixed periodvalid from one (1) year of contract signature (fixed term). The subscriber reserves the right to continue the contract period with two (2) one (1) year options. The subscriber notifies the introduction of the option 3 months before the end of the contract period. The tenderer must indicate the total priceWithout VAT (VAT 0 %). The price includes travel and accommodation costs, daily allowances and overtime pay and will not be charged separately. In addition, the journalist is not entitled to charge for the traveler. The total price offered must include the mentioned 2 "service description" mentionedService requirements. The timetable for starting event production will be agreed with the supplier once the contract has been signed.
