• The object of the acquisition is a security systems integration platform (including an independently functioning access control system), an independently functioning wireless access control system and the Abloy OS, Pacom GMS and Timecon 22 owned by the Subscribers. maintenance, repair and maintenance of access control systems and their expansion. The procurement is divided into sub-areas as follows: Sub-area 1: Procurement of the security systems integration platform (including an independently functioning access control system) Sub-area 2: Acquisition of an independently functioning wireless access control system Sub-area 3: Abloy Os access control system maintenance, repair and maintenance work and expansion Sub-area 4: Pacom Gms access control system maintenance, repair and maintenance work and expansion Sub-area 5: Timecon 22 access control system service, repair and maintenance works and expansion Sub-areas 1 and 2 also include system installation, user training, service and maintenance work. Systems subject to procurement and services are procured for premises owned and rented by the Subscribers in the Pirkanmaa area. The procurement may include some cabling work for door environments, but not actual electrical contracting. In sub-areas 1 and 2, one is selected the most economically advantageous suppliers as contractual partners. For sub-areas 3, 4 and 5, procurement is carried out as a framework arrangement, where three (3) service products are selected for the framework arrangement on the basis of overall economic profitability...
