• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the acquisition of additional premises for the movable school building of Ounasjoki elementary school. In connection with the Ounasjoki multipurpose building, additional space is needed for basic education. The school needs a replacement space that will be used by Sinetä's library, in the school the number of the located farm instead of 120. The school's need for space can be met by building a second floor on top of the movable additional space element of the school building introduced in August 2025, where the necessary spaces for two classrooms can be found. The lease period is 47 months and it ends at the same time as the additional space elements of the lower floor movable school building. The city of Rovaniemi has signed a commitment with Sarastia Oy (now Numera Palvelut Oy) to the framework arrangement "Renters "Elementtiryansket" for joining the joint procurement on April 30, 2025. After the signing of the commitment, the city of Rovaniemi put out a tender for the purchase of additional premises for the movable school building of Ounasjoki elementary school "Premium buildings for rent" - in accordance with the framework agreement as a simplified tendering process among the framework agreement suppliers in May 2025. The value of the procurement was below the EU threshold value. By the deadline, the offer was submitted by Adapteo Finland Oy, with whom the contract was signed.
