Description:
Fimlab Laboratories Oy tends to use Fimlab's own laboratories throughout the Fimlab area of Fimlab and supported by Fimlab's Viece Analytics Services to Kanta-Hame, Central Finland, Pirkanmaa and Paijanmaa and Paijanmaa and Paijat-Hameen in well -being areas. Fimlab distributors can also use the contract between the supplier and Fimlab here individually [Nova pharmacy in the Central Finland Welfare Area, the Warehouse Operator of the Paijat-Hame Welfare Area, Tuomi Logistics (Tampere) and the Ostrobothnian Welfare Warehouse (Vaasa, Narpioe and Pietarsaari)]. The volumes of the distributors have been taken into account in the total volumes of the acquisition. The consumption volumes of the products to be purchased are based on previous one -year consumption information or estimated consumption. Related consumption may differ from previous consumption or estimates. Assessment of the contract period The amount of the acquisition does not bind the subscriber. The acquisition is divided into 26 areas. One (1) supplier is selected for each area. This is a contract between Laboratories Oy and one supplier (per sub-area). The contract period is four years. The contract may be extended by two (1 + 1) one year of options. The exception of section 13 will be a one-year contract, which can be continued with one-year one-year during the option period.
