- With this tender, Heka acquires a complete service with one service provider for the implementation of housing displays. HEKA's goal is to gain an insight into the price-quality ratio of apartments with the help of the acquired service and to significantly increase the rental rate of the apartment stock in the locations selected for the pilot regarding. HEKA's strategic goal is to maintain the affordability of its housing stock in a difficult market situation.

The contract is valid for a fixed period of 6 months and thereafter for an indefinite period of 3 months for both parties at the notice period.
