- The object of the acquisition is an archive system with maintenance services implemented as a SaaS service. The system enables the management of permanently stored analogue materials of the Parliament's central archive, as well as the preservation of digital versions resulting from digitization. The service includes public customer interface, interfaces to other search services (e.g. Finna), management of metadata in accordance with archival industry standards, and readiness to transfer materials to national long-term storage services. The solution must meet the requirements for archiving and electronic long-term storage given by the National Archives requirements, the information security requirements of the parliament and operations in a data center located in the EU/EEA area or in a cloud service. This procurement notice is mainly based on the procurement notice published on 24 September 2025 and suspended on 8 October 2025. Attachment 3.2 The security requirements do not need to be returned, but items are committed by answering "Yes" in the Offer Service. This ensures that everyone understands the data security requirements so that they must be committed to them. In Appendix 2, the service package requirements in section 1.4 SAHKE2 certification is not necessarily required, but compliance with its specifications the service offered is enough.
