Description:
There is a need for the welfare region of Eastern Uusimaa to acquire an electronic archiving solution that enables the development of centralized data storage and archiving.
Solution is acquired as a software service (SaaS). The solution must be based on ready-made software. Expert services that can be ordered separately include e.g. various further development works of the archiving solution and archiving expert services.
More precisely, the object of acquisition is described in Appendix 1. Object of acquisition description and other attachments to the request for tenders.
The estimated value of the acquisition for four (4) years is 725,000.00 euros (€), including software service, implementation, expert services and options.
The agreement is valid for a fixed period of three (3) years from the moment the software service is implemented.
This one after it is possible to extend the Agreement as valid indefinitely.
Acquisition of an archiving solution
