• Kaakkois-Suomen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (later Xamk) is asking for offers for the expert service needed for the project "AlyTeko - change ability with artificial intelligence expertise": procurement of Artificial intelligence in the creative economy trainings. The project is of the European Union co-financed. The project will be implemented between September 1, 2025 and May 31, 2027. The artificial intelligence trainings aimed at the personnel of SMEs in the creative industries, which are being procured now, will be carried out between 1 September 2026 and 31 March 2027. Background of the procurement The ÄlyTeko project is the first in Etelä-Savo an educational project focusing solely on artificial intelligence. It brings new knowledge and know-how from artificial intelligence to the technology industry, creative fields and to support the decision-making of business management, tailoring the training and the contents of continuous learning to these industries and to the needs of local companies. The ÄlyTeko project identifies artificial intelligence-related competence needs in companies, closes artificial intelligence-related competence gaps in Etelä-Savo, and strengthens the ability to change with the help of increased artificial intelligence capabilities in companies in the area. The measures of the project (mapping, training, workshops) utilize both the expertise of the implementer's own personnel and the expertise acquired as a purchasing service. Procurement objectives The objective is to acquire an expert service in artificial intelligence expertise to the Artificial Intelligence in the Creative Economy training package aimed at personnel of SMEs in the creative industries.
