Description:
The Bank of Finland (hereinafter the "customer" or "procurement unit") is requesting a bid for the purchase of the procurement notice published in the Hilma notification channel and the basic recruitment notification in accordance with this call for tenders and its attachments (hereinafter also the "service"). The object of the procurement is the Bank of Finland and Basic search advertising for the recruitment of the Financial Supervisory Authority and thereby strengthening the visibility of the announcements in key professional groups. The Bank of Finland is looking for a national operator with a large number of weekly visitors, the visitor profile must cover a wide range of experts from different fields. The customer chooses one (1) Service Provider with whom it enters into a procurement contract valid for the time being. The contract starts when the contract is signed. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the tender request. "Service description". Partial offers are not allowed. The procurement has not been divided into parts, because purchasing maintenance from one supplier is the most cost-effective. Alternative offers are not permitted. The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the customer or an exclusive right to produce service.
