City of Espoo, Espoo Regional Educational Association Omnia and Espoon Asunnot Oy (later also the subscriber) request offers for business gifts and advertising products.pens, umbrellas, drinking bottles, mugs, backpacks, gymnastics, fabric bags, key chains, candy bags, sweets, notebooks and memory sticks. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the corporate gifts to be purchased may also be intangible.
A more detailed description of the content of the procurement is in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender."Description of the subject of procurement". The City of Espoo's share of the anticipated value of the acquisition is € 500,000 (VAT 0 %). Omnia's Espoo Regional Training Association accounts for € 120,000 (VAT 0 %). Espoon Asunnot OyThe share of the predicted value of the acquisition is € 54,000 (VAT 0 %).
The procurement is carried out as a framework arrangement in accordance with the Procurement Act. Three (3) suppliers and one (1) deputy supplier will be selected for the framework arrangement.
