Description:
With this call for tenders, KEHA-keskus tenders for a supplier to implement the national reference framework for career planning skills (Appendix 2, Proposal for the national career planning skills reference framework, 2023) and related training and implementation support. Procurement is part of the Career Planlife skills promotion project, which is financed by the EU recovery and recovery support instrument (RRF) as part of the continuous learning reform measures. If, during this procurement, development needs for the aforementioned proposal become a reference framework, appropriate clarifications can be made toin work with the client and the implementer.
The offer must include an evaluation framework describing the development of career planning skills, a digital self-assessment tool on the development of career planning skills, instructors' material to support the development of career planning skills and support material (toolsa) to support the development of career planning skills. The support material must also be offered in a plain language version. The material must be produced in Finnish and Swedish, and in English as described in Appendix 1 of the tender request. As part of the development, feedback on the usability of the material must be collecteda from the target groups and, if necessary, specify the material based on the feedback received. In accordance with the tender request, the tenderer must also organize webinars related to the introduction of the material to be prepared, other support and regional events for those working in different guidance services.
