PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION Nokian City's Facilities Services is preparing a tender for the system integration of building automation alarms, which also includes an IOT condition and energy monitoring system. With this announcement, we are looking for companies in the market that offer the service in question. Here with the invitation, we ask bidders interested in the acquisition to register and participate in the market dialogue regarding the entity to be acquired. The goal of the dialogue is to survey the market situation and available solutions, and to have a dialogue about the terms and structure of a possible acquisition. The goal is also to get feedback and possible development proposals for the tender package that is being prepared. The city of Nokia will decide on the scope of the system in more detail after the market dialogue. The final terms of the procurement will be published with the procurement notice and request for tender with attachments. SCHEDULE OF MARKET DIALOGUES The Space Services of Nokia City reserves the right to organize a more detailed market dialogue with the registered participants at its discretion. The procurement unit can contact the suppliers who responded to the request for information even before the end of the response time. Market dialogues will be implemented during December 2025.
