• Communication services Marketing services Media agency services The City of Espoo and Espoon Asunnot Oy (later also the Client) are requesting offers for communication and marketing services. The object of the acquisition is communication and marketing services, i.e. communication and marketing planning, implementation and monitoring, campaign management, graphic design and layout services. Procurement is divided into two areas: 1. Communication services - strategic planning, consulting, implementation and production. 2. Marketing services - providing marketing services 3. Media agency services A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Description of the object of procurement". The anticipated total value of the acquisition without VAT €2,220,000 (VAT 0 %). A framework arrangement will be formed from the procurement with those selected as Suppliers of the sub-area. Sub-area 1 has a maximum of four (4) Suppliers and one (1) deputy supplier. Sub-area 2 has a maximum of eight (8) Suppliers and one (1) deputy supplier. In the subdivision 3 is a maximum of two (2) Suppliers and one (1) substitute supplier. The contract period is limited and valid until 31 October 2030. The aim of the procurement is to find partners for the development, planning, implementation and monitoring of communication services and for consulting. The estimated value of the city of Espoo in the subdivision is €450,000, the estimated value of Espoo Asunnot Oy is €40,000. Four (4) editors and one (1) deputy editor are selected in the sub-area.
