Description:
The Eastern Uusimaa Welfare Area (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber) will request your tenders in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes for communications and marketing agency services (hereinafter referred to as the services). On the basis of this tendering, a framework agreement will be drawn up for the provision of services on the basis of which Communication and marketing agency services for the Eastern Uusimaa Welfare Area. The tendering is divided into two (2) areas where the subscriber selects service providers as a service provider. The object of the acquisition is divided into the following areas: 1. Communications Office Services2. Marketing agency provider Can submit their tenders in one or both areas. The selected service provider must take into account the welfare strategy, the Communications Services Unit policies as well as brand book policies.Sela area 2 Marketing agency services include, among other things, the production of marketing and communication campaigns or materials in accordance with strategy, communications services and brand book policies for digital or print needs. The agreement will enter into force at the time of signature. The contract is first valid for two (2) years. The agreement also includes two (2) one (1) years of stock option.
