Description:
The aim of the Legal Registry Center is to acquire a partner for the management and expert services of the Kansalaisaaloite.fi, Kuntalaisaloite.fi and Hyvinvointialuealoite.fi online services, who has the necessary expertise and experience in the technologies used in the systems, the maintenance of the initiative services and for further development. Online initiative services must enable the continuous and uninterrupted creation and support of municipal initiatives, citizens' initiatives and well-being area initiatives. The services operate independently. They include functions for gathering support lists, and their goal is to lower the threshold for making an initiative and to connect to the process of handling initiatives. An absolute prerequisite for the operation of the services is reliability and the fact that they can be further developed and reused as needed. The object of procurement is presented in more detail in the request for tender in appendix 2 description of the object of acquisition.
