- THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET MAPPING AND TECHNICAL DIALOGUE. This request for information is used to map the market and obtain information about the purchase. The acquisition is described in more detail in the request for information in the appendices. HUS maps the total solutions of AV and display systems available on the market for future tenders. The goal of the request for information is to get up-to-date information from suppliers about systems, technical solutions, and service models as well as possible integrations that support large and diverse operating environments. The preliminary scope of the procurement covers AV systems for meeting and auditorium spaces, presentation screens, door mirror and reservation screens, Digital Signage and IPTV solutions, hospital televisions and support services and remote management related to the AV environment. The request for information does not initiate a tender, and completing it is not a prerequisite for participating in a subsequent tender. Suppliers are asked to submit the answers and to declare their interest in the market dialogue by 12:00 on 19 April 2026 to the address: narvaletus.ict@hus.fi Subject of the message: "HUS 083-2026 Procurement of total solutions for AV and display systems". Based on the request for information, HUS invites the selected suppliers for system demos, which will be held in May-June 2026.
