• The welfare area of ​​Vantaa and Kerava (hereinafter "procurement unit" and "customer") organizes a tender for the procurement of consulting services and design services for construction projects under the terms and conditions of its appendices. The subject of the agreement are mainly Consultancy services related to renovations and repair projects of properties owned and rented by the Vantaa and Kerava welfare areas throughout the entire welfare area and the central Uusimaa rescue service. Assignments can also be related for new construction sites according to the Customer's needs.
