• As an expert service, the coordination of the events of the tourism development project - event coordinator. The event coordinator assists the project team in organizing events in the following aspects:• ensures the efficient and smooth preparation and implementation phase of B2B events, workshops, familiarization trips and study tours• assists the project team in administrative, logistical and communication tasks• contributes to creating a high-level and experience according to the marketing message. The tasks of the event coordinator include, for example:• making reservations: coordination of premises, accommodation, transport and catering• scheduling: scheduling of events, programs and participants maintenance of schedules• communication: communication with participants, service providers and internal teams• documentation and reporting: compilation of participant lists, feedback and event reports• event situation support: logistical support if necessary on site During standby events, the Event Coordinator may be responsible for being on duty in the evenings.
