The subject of the procurement is the coordination of digital support work done as a volunteer, at customers' homes. Coordination includes work for which the service provider is responsible for implementation, content, quality and monitoring. In practice, the coordinator ensures that the skills of the volunteers and The needs of customers who need home digital support meet. The city of Helsinki has contributed to the possibility of city residents getting digital support in the use of IT applications, online services, computers and other digital devices since 1998. Digital support has been provided in the city's offices, by phone or via the network as remote digital support.
