Monetra Oulu Oy requests your offer for the cost accounting system for social and health services (hereinafter also "subscribers") in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices.
Monetra is a municipally-owned group founded by the cities of Oulu, Tampere, Kuopio and Jyvaeskylae and Pohjois-Pohjanmaa, Pirkanmaa, Pohjois-Savo and Central Finland hospital districts.
The group includes Monetra Oy (parent company) and its subsidiaries Monetra Keski-Suomi Oy, Monetra Oulu Oy, Monetra Pirkanmaa Oy and Monetra Pohjois-Savo Oy. Subsidiaries are also called regional companies. Monetra Central Finlandi Oy is not involved in the acquisition.
Monetra's customers are cities/municipalities, welfare regions, municipal corporations and companies owned by them.
