OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT Sodankyla municipality requests your offer for the delivery of a CRM system. Delivery must include commissioning, training and maintenance. The system must be suitable for the municipal organization needs and meet the data protection requirements of the public administration. The customer reserves the right to reject all submitted offers. The offer must be prepared in Finnish. 3. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - Easy-to-use browser-based user interface. 3.1. Agreement and prices - The agreement is valid for an indefinite period, mutual notice period is 3 months - Price changes are possible from January 1, 2027 at the earliest. The price increase is tied to the services price index / services for companies and the public sector (BtoB) (2015=100), the reference point is the index's score on December 31, 2025. A higher raise is possible, if the service provider can reliably demonstrate that costs have increased more than the index. 3.2. Functionalities- Management of customer and stakeholder information (including the possibility to save attachment forms) and monitoring of service processes. Company information must be updated automatically from the business information system (ytj.fi). - Reporting (e.g. customer meetings, established companies) must be possible so that individual personal, company or other customers or stakeholders are not identifiable.
