Description:
The object of the procurement is a decision engine service that Finnvera can use as part of the decision-making process. According to Finnvera's strategy, the goal is to make an automatic method of operation for products with a larger volume, so that the processing of products in Finnvera's operations is automated for as long as possiblefor. As part of the ongoing development, decision-making is also wanted to be automated considerably further than at present.
The decision-making engine service is intended to be integrated as part of the project processing process, so that credit decisions can be given to applicants in the same session. Specifically, the headthe push engine would be integrated into electronic transactions, and electronic transactions further into the core systems. The decisions to be made must be based on a clear, human-readable predetermined code, which is implemented by the decision engine.
Finnvera is actively renewing its systems and the decisionthe smotor service must be able to support this process.
Finnvera is looking for a productized decision-making engine service, the maintenance and further development of which is the responsibility of the service provider. The service must have ready-made functionalities for defining the decision-making process and managing the life cycle. Palvelu must always be available and make decisions according to the conditions determined by Finnvera. The decision-making conditions set in the service must be able to be easily updated, and the service must have the option to direct 'consider' cases to Finnvera's manual processing and the user interface 'consider...
