Description:
The acquisition focuses on the development and maintenance of the Winter Sea Control system in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition includes several areas of different levels that are to be implemented during the IBNEXT4 project. Further development is implemented for previously identified technical and Business -level features that further improve and expand the operation of the system and make the system even more maintained and reliable. In addition, further development is implemented in hardware on icebreakers. In extension development The possibilities will be explored to take the IBNET service to the cloud platform and to take the measures according to the report. Further development is prepared for the reform of the Baltice.org service and its impact on the IBNET system. Further development is examined and implemented the necessary additions and changes, which are needed for particularly hard winters. Further development is supported for various simulations that predict icebreaking activities. In addition, during a further development project, changes that may occur in business and technology environments will be made during the project management needed development for Ibnet service.
