Slyht Description: The City of Oulu's civilization and cultural services to compete with digital support service to harassing and bullying on the Internet as a Saas cloud service through the Internet browser. The acquisition includes the acquisition of the SAAS service and the introduction of the system deployment. Professional education of Oulu City's basic education for students, young people and their partnerships are being acquired by a digital web browser support service in which users can report and ask for advice on bullying, harassment or other inappropriate behavior experienced by social media or elsewhere on the Internet. The acquisition is made as part of a Safe Oulu project aimed at preventing sexual offenses on minors in Oulu.
